Is the consultation really free?

Yes — Design Consultations, Engagement Ring Appointments, and Jewelry Cleaning are all complimentary. Only sizing and repair work carries a fee, quoted before we begin.

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Yes. The studio operates by private appointment only so that each client receives our undivided attention. Please book online before visiting.

Can you work with my own stone or a family heirloom?

Absolutely. Many of our favorite pieces begin with an inherited stone or setting — bring it to your consultation and we'll design around it.

How long does a custom piece take?

Most custom engagement rings and fine jewelry take four to eight weeks from final design approval, depending on complexity.
